King Finehair Medieval Authentic Viking Battleworn Shield Red Kite Templar Shiel

This shield is made of wood planks with a leather rim that has been painted and highlighted to imitate forged iron. It represents the Vegvisir symbol, also known as the Viking compass. Viking warriors like King Finehair, who united Norway into a single kingdom, would engrave such symbols on their shields to guarantee the success of their raids.
The shield's center is constituted of a massive gauge of hammered blackened steel with a battle-worn finish to look damaged. The shield's interior is stained brown oak wood and has a handle wrapped in leather.
