This hand-carved wood shield displays an original Celtic Five Fold symbol. Often used in Celtic and Scottish jewelry, it represents heaven, faith, spirituality and God, a sense of connectedness that medieval warriors wore for godly protection.
The shield is made out of 15mm thick birch plywood, painted, varnished by hand, and consolidated by steel bolts. It comes with a wood handlebar installed on the back.
The shield can be used as a decorative wall hanger or as a functional piece for medieval reenactment or LARP.
