This handcrafted Medieval Carved Norse Runic Viking Shield with Jormungandr Ornaments showcases unique runic ornaments. Jörmungandr, the Midgard Serpent, stands out as a key icon in this intricate piece, making it truly remarkable for anyone. This symbol was worn by Viking warriors proud to engage in combat and did not care what misfortune would come from the gods.
This Viking Shield is made of a 15mm thick birch plywood body decorated painted surface with varnish and linseed oil wax finish. It can just be lifted easily because there are two sturdy wooden handles at the back.
While the shield enhances room décor, you can also use it for medieval reenactments, LARP games, or as a display piece for collectors.
