• Upper Arm (Bicep): Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm with the muscle relaxed.
• Neck: Measure around the base of your neck where a shirt collar sits.
• Hand/Knuckle (for gauntlets): Measure around the widest part of your hand, just below the knuckles, excluding the thumb.
• Head Circumference (for helmet): Measure around the widest part of your head, just above your ears and eyebrows.
