Viking Shield With Carved Norse Drake Ornaments 24" Battleworn Shield Armor gift
- This highly detailed piece features historical Jellinge Norse drake ornamental patterns carved into the plywood, both on the central section of the shield, and on the rim.
- It is also featuring Viking-style braids, steel bolts, and a hand-hammered umbo, and it comes with a wood handlebar installed on the back.
- The shield is made out of 15mm thick birch plywood and finished with a wood-burning technique, as well as varnishing with linen seed oil and an acrylic-based coat.
- The shield can be used as a decorative wall hanger or as a functional piece for medieval reenactment or LARP.
